At Village Hats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your headwear purchase. If your hat doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Hat

Place the hat in its original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure it maintains its shape and arrives back to us in pristine condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
